Forgive me, Ray. You gave an incomplete description of your set up. Which Holley? Intake Manifold? What rad type? What exhaust system, stock or aftermarket twin? Kenlowe model? Where do you have your pressure cap, on the rad or "expansion bottle"?

However, I do not know of any setup using a 1989 Morgan 3.5 on a Holley 390 (or 600) and a Kenlowe that would NOT boil over in slow traffic. 😂 Want to cure that? L.
