At the very least, the technical requirements for this type of control and monitoring are already in place. A video about the possibilities of insurers and the state...and about the question of what it will be like to drive a classic car. I don't want to paint the devil on the wall, but it's hard to imagine what will have become the new standard in just 20 years.
