Repair parts numbers change or emigrate to other manufacturers. From an aging memory you should google "Centric Parts 143.90002 Caliper Kit".
If there is binding, it is due to non-usage. A thorough cleaning and the kit should cure it. You could consider stainless pots as well.
You will learn a lot doing it yourself. Luddite, a participant here, is VERY hands on. And he has your system. He could guide you through it. I have only done it once many years ago.
