A couple of polished Ally pillars would have been nice, and no more warranty issue's for Morgan. That would be too simple......
If you remove the paint and try polishing the alloy you'll find it's a bit low grade and has tiny voids in the casting
There used to be a couple of dealers who offered chrome plated ones (on exchange for your blistered originals) but several claims for low lifespan meant they dropped the idea
