Affluent young people don’t seem to have aspirations to own anything nowadays, everything is paid for monthly, it’s all disposable novelties. I met a chap this week who liked the look of my Landy, he bought a great big Hyundai thing instead which looked similar, his reasoning, it had lots more stuff inside for the same monthly payments, that’s the market these days.
