It will be interesting to see quite how MMC market the improved car. As customers I think we would prefer a gradual evolution, but from a marketing point of view, a Mk11 SS version would have a greater impact on reviving sales. Whilst I am sure they are even now looking at ways to lower the weight, I cannot see them productionising a lighter and more powerful car until all the current interest has been satisfied. As 'early adopters' where will we be then? Keep the original 'Classic', or sell and buy the new improved one, or maybe just not bother because the itch has been scratched anyway?
