This is my first post although I bought my Morgan, a 1975 +8 , almost 5 years ago. Now, if you haven’t heard before doesn’t mean there were no problems with her, but most if not all are solved by now 😊 My Morgan had a peaceful live and only covered 66.000 Kms since new. Judging by the rust-free chassis she’s been out mainly in good weather. But the years took its toll on the rubber components. Hence brake- fuel- and cooling system were overhauled and all hoses replaced. I also changed the water pump and front suspension bushes. Actually I am struggling with the replacement of the fuel filler hoses: What looked like a half an hour job turned into a major obstacle course but I managed to change one of the two so far (there are some helpful posts related to this in this great forum).
I am living in the south western part of Switzerland and will try to upload some photos. However, as I do not have a PHD in rocket science , it is not sure I will succeed…
