Nah, they sorted the effluent out decades ago with a massive new pipeline right the way down the coast into Preston. at the same time fixing the Preston localised flooding.

I think you can't go too wrong living by the coast just check the Government site for rising sea levels predictions in what ever area you pick, the Fylde is predicted to be under water by 2050 in low lying parts. They stopped all house building in Fleetwood over 20 odd years ago in spite of the massive sea wall running all that section of the coast.

There are only 4 Morgans around here I'm aware of including ,mine, it seems more upmarket brands like Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin etc seem to be hot favourites along with the occasional geriatric Morris Minor driver creeping along the prom.
