Stealth over time works for me. That allows me to turn a "No way", into a "Yes" over five years for the Roadster.
However being 60 next year means that I must devise a fast track version of stealth. This week I formally introduced the concept of getting another convertible two seater when I partially retire next April. It helped that we'd had a glass of wine which dulls her senses and enhances mine (obviously). I successfully countered all the arguments against, so the seed of intent is now in place.
