I have the same problem. My Roadster was fitted with Avon tyres with V speed index. Since the CoC says top speed is 250 km/ h this ist not legal ( in Germany). Solution was to fit All-Season tyres and put an 240 km/h badge on the dashboard. Driving in summer to Italy will be illegal.
Morgan had solved the problem for some owners and changed some CoCs … Welcome to TM, Detlev
