Did Morgan ever release the locked information on the ECU?
No, the unlock code was controlled by S&S and never released.

Hi Scott,
We cannot unlock the factory ECU on a M3W.Morgan did offer a factory Stage 2 calibration that ran the 569 cam. The calibration does exist and it can be flashed into the factory ECU without unlocking it but it would remain a locked calibration after loading it.
That calibration belongs to Morgan and is not directly available from S&S. You would have to contact Morgan on that specific calibration.--
