I wish that was true, I hate mobile phones, haven't had one since I retired 21 years ago. So I've a hand me down ex wifes phone for just music and sat nav on a pay as u go sim. But everytime the phone is away from the car, when I come back its a search for the blue tooth connection all over again, so it swiping thru screens etc. It doesn't always find the phone, but usually the phone cant find car blue tooth or they just wont connect...so I just don't bother if its a short journey or I'm in and out the car doing errands/shopping, as I don't leave the phone in the car if I'm in and out of it as it can attract the wrong type of interest/attention..
It maybe that my bluetooth phone is not the latest blue tooth spec......but for me at the moment it's not a case of phone on and it recognises me straight away its a bit of a effort.........and not always successful. Even Sue's new phone seems to have a connection problem from time to time........I think I would prefer an old fashioned stereo.............or find a blue tooth device I can leave in the car, with a slot for cards with music, or even have a radio as well that removes the need for carrying a phone.
