Meet the Mika V8. A collaboration between Hall Engineering (BMW Mini suspension, Wells Vertige chassis etc) and Matt Humphries, this concept uses a standard Mustang Coyote V8 and six speed manual box with an LSD in a bespoke chassis. I guess it's doubtful if it will ever get built but it's nice to dream!
