I would agree stainless is hat is says but it does still corode especially from chlorides at the lower grades like 304

Pressure washing wire wheels may not be a good idea, even if stainless. You may force water through the nipples into the inside of the wheel (outer ends of spokes) or into the hub flanges (inner end of spokes which as far as I can see are not protected from water ingress).
