Ditto here - same method for the everflex version of the hood. I once wanted a hood envelope like Dave's - until I saw someone desperately struggling to fit one, and that was a dealer! Occasionally on a speedy ride the wind will get into it and it will partially unfold, so I have thought about adding some unobtrusive black velcro straps to go around the whole thing when folded. The roll of pipe insulation idea is brilliant - thanks IcePack I will try that.

Much better explained in pictures rather than words!

Lessons on hood folding are somewhat redundant today, been over to Southam this morning and it was miserable frown

Pipe insulation is a good idea!
Someone used to sell velcro'd straps in mohair because my Roadster came with a pair. May have been Simmonds.

Such expertise at folding. Have you thought of applying for the job of captain of the England cricket team Dave ?

Dave, pictures great as usual.
I bought my car from a dealer, he had fitted a new ever flex hood, but clearley did not know how to fold it as there were pinch marks appearing.
Iceman the pipe is a good idea- thanks.
All the best
Tony
