1200 miles to date. Must work harder at that

The steering is infinitely better than it was when new. Much lighter & more positive. Definitely better than the Mk1 Roadster with wires ( even if the alloys don't look so good

)
The gearbox is probably the worst bit. First is much too low & second can be a bit tough to engage ( but that may well improve with use). The other four gears are fine. Third & forth are the ones to play in
The engine doesn't feel as free revving as the Mk 1, but it is early days...
The car doesn't feel as quick as the Mk1, but when you look at the speedo you realise it is. It just gets there so effortlessly.
A very different animal to the Mk1, but certainly no regrets!
