The only answer is to buy a Lister Storm.
Hang on...

Yes, tis true, but then again if I had Panamera money I wouldn't be looking at either as they don't really do it for me... Nor me! So that brings us back to looking at a Bristol, or a Bentley.

Not tempted by a 612? The fashion seems to be for HGTEs and the like but I'd be amazed if early, more supple examples weren't nicer all round and they're at the bottom of the curve. God bless depreciation on 4 seater Ferraris!
Did you like the CL63? I have a bit of a thing for big Mercs but love the V12s much more than the V8s. I looked at the CL63 but in the end went CL600 as it offered the same pace but in a more refined and relaxed manner. The starting noise of the V12 is wonderful, even with turbos and no sports exhaust.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

We had an MP4-12C at Prescott the other week (a corporate day, non-competitive). Unfortunately I didn't get a chance for a close up view during the lunch break...

A shame, as having had a good nose round one at a dealer's service centre it's a fantastic thing up close. One of those cars where the photos don't reveal the subtleties or the tactility of the materials and the like. Can't wait to see the P11, the detail looks unreal.

Al - would love more info on the 600 - very few abOut to see.. The 65 is tempting fir sheer bonkers power, but thd new 63 seems within s whisker in terms of usable pace and has a newer interior and is also quite tuneable...
Bristol is great, but no modern safety stuff like airbags fir a family motor will be tough.
Rapide is a great steer, really very drivable and sporty. Driven Panamera and it was competent but lumpy...
