There was one disappointment. I thought the instructions would have been written on neoprene in gold letters, but I like the idea of a logo. Good to have feedback from the customers.

As a newbie to all things Morgan.... What is the purpose of gaiters? To protect the springs n'things?

To stop road crud getting onto the lower king pins. Together with the grease this acts like a good imitation of grinding paste... Think motorcycle fork stanchions / seals...

I did 30,000 miles in my mk1 Roadster without gaiters & there was no detectable play. Having said that, I have fitted a set of home-made thinges, just in case... Not professional items as produced by DaveW Products
