Seats keep your bum and body warm and heater your feet -- to be honest have not turned the heated seats off yet !

Thanks Bumpy. Good to know that you have found the heated seats useful - I can imagine they make open top driving in the winter far more comfortable, and this is what appeals to me.

Where is the switch for the heated seats ? Is it with the cluster of buttons next to the clock and in front of the driver?

The standard door mirrors don't always have sufficient adjustment - particularly the nearside one. I would recommend going for round ones

I too have a heavy right heel so I ordered a spare set of front carpets with the car. Also ask them to make small removeable carpets to cover the rectangular section between the seat and the cross member.

Thanks Peter. I will ask for those - I was wondering how to protect the carpets as I know they will get worn and grubby very quickly.

The standard rearview mirror is to my mind rather cumbersome and unattractive; my car was delivered with a small rearview mirror along with the round door mirrors as part of the Morgan France "standard" extras.

They are positioned under the dash in the radio pinacle on the gearbox tunnel.

I ordered mine with a ipod connection & aerial & speakers ... believing I could just use an ipod and not listen to drivel on radio ...however had to buy a radio to use as a 'head unit' for the ipod to work. [not that I have used it yet as enjoying the sound and smells of open top motoring !]

If you order a stereo system insist on one with a remote control. Very important. I don't have a fruit phone but our stereo has a USB port and an auxiliary audio input. I have a very small USB Flash Drive that holds hundreds of songs pluged into ours. They cost so little you can have one for every type of music you like. If I want to I can plug in an MP3 player or my Android phone but it's not worth the effort when I have the USB drive plugged in almost permanently.

Worth while considering the centre console trinket box. It sits between the seats just behind the gearbox hump. Handy for small objects and the remote control smile

Regarding mirrors: we ordered ours with round mirrors and a chrome (windscreen mounted) rearview mirror. One of the mirrors gave a greatly magnified view which was limited to a narrow field of view. I quickly had it swapped for a flat mirror. The offside mirror arm has to be brought in close to the body to be of any use. I will probably replace both mirrors in the not too distant future.

Yes, good point on the remote! I asked my dealer to fit a bluetooth iPod thing and fortunately they assumed I'd want a remote control. The unit is so hidden (thankfully) that not even Houdini could change channels.

Thanks chaps.

I don't think Morgan supply a remote controlled radio. I was going to order the radio connection and speakers only and retro fit a remote controlled radio. Does anyone have any reccomendations for one?
