my insurance quote has just arrived. its £525 (about the same as last year, i think). im 45. i have 10,000 miles limited mileage on a 1.6 4/4 bespoke, 1 year old. just wondered if that sounds about right, before i loose hours of my life i will never get back, just to save £50.

I pay £336 for a new Roadster. I'm 6 years older. Feel 9 years younger.  I guess it depends where you live, is it garaged etc.

I paid about the same as Neilda for my last Roadster, unlimited mileage, so I reckon you should be able to save a couple of hundred. Mind you, the premium went through the roof after the write-off  Ian

Kris, I use Gott and Wynne as well and the price is in the 3 hundreds. Interestly I have paid much the same over the last 4 years for a 4/4, then Roadster and now Aero. Driving history average, age 50's, limit of miles 3k, garaged.
