I've done 2,000 since April. That's about 1,950 more than the car did in the 10 years before I brought it

Used the Morgan to go to the bank this morning, I realised it had just turned 63,002, so 3k exactly since 7 June 2012 (8 months to the day) - that includes two trips to Le Mans - shows how much it must have rained last year . So, 4 months to complete another 1,500 to keep up the average. Sorry, no time to type any more, must go

It has averaged just over 3,000 miles a year in the 8 years I have owned the car. This includes 7 trips to France or Spain. Bud __________ 2003 - 4/4

Hahaha, well I have a funy story about mileage! As most of you know, towards the end of February last year I had a little mishap which has meant that since the end of February 2012 until now, My Aero has done zero miles.
However, I still managed to win the most miles driven for 2012 in the Thames Valley MSCC region as I racked up just over 7,000 miles from 1st January 2012.
I had the highest miles the previous year too at circa 22,000 miles from memory. I would probably have won the mileage award in the previous years too had I known about it :-)
I added around 6,000 miles to the Ferrari over the year and on my two recent purchases I have put 6,000 and 3,000 respectively (bought in October and December).
I can't wait to get back out in the Aero, I had hoped to have gone through 100,000 miles by now but in total it has been off the road for about 21 months of it's 49 month life (12 months for it's rebuild so far and the other 9 months were a couple of stints where there were some electrical gremlins, a few little warranty issues and a roof replacement).
Aero 8 GTN. #10
