Hi Guys,

wasnt to sure if these were going to load or not, thankfully they did, phew!.

I took a load on the way up on my ipad so when I get the chance I will put those up as well.

been cleaning the car, it took me 2 full days to get it looking the way it is now, safely tucked away in the garage with its cover over her for now, but will be out enjoying the Swedish countryside in a couple of months, anyway hope you like the pics and I will get more on asap, enjoy.

Mack

Thanks for all of your efforts to keep us updated on your journey home. The photos are great and I'm glad you managed, eventually, to get the Aero clean.

thanks guys,

if you look carefully you can see the spikes on my Insignia rear winter tyres, also we dont salt the roads up here so cars last for ever and ever and ever, they just dont rust, I hope some of you guys on the Nordkapp run can make it over to see me, bring your fishing rods, I live right next to a 40km freshwater lake.

all the best,

Ian.

Thanks Dean,

trust me I will, glad you like the car, the guy I bought her from was older and as such the inside was a bit grubby, maybe he didnt see it but it took ages to clean, I probably spent about 4 hours cleaning the inside, I know that s hard to believe but its true.

Im happy now though and your right it does look good lol. I applied Supagard on the paint, but before that I used a clay bar on all the paintwork, its as smooth as my girlfriends bum now and I think it looks great, (the car I mean) a lot of work, especially after driving 1300 miles but I couldnt put her away dirty, had to get her cleaned up no matter what, after that nearly 24 hours in bed.

all the best,

Ian.
