as if you guys needed more pics of me enjoying the morgan in the california sun and not being covered in snow i'll continue on with a couple pics of my morgan parked next to a vintage porsche in the Home Depot parking lot. And yes i was at home depot to buy something for the Morgan. Proves I'm not against doing some fettling myself (was buying new allen bots for the stripped out one on the shifter, loc-tight for the shift knob, and some silicon spray lube for the squeaky gas and clutch pedals.)

I have an appointment to pick mine up at 3 on Sunday, and all week long it has said cloudy, mid 50s and around 10% chance of rain. Today it went up to a 30% chance of rain with "afternoon showers likely" mad2 looks as if it may be a damp ride home.

When I was at Uni (ker-ist that was 30 years ago scared ), I was told that the Min of Transport standard parking space was based on ... the Mini. 10,000,000 parking dinks later I don't believe it has changed.

One more reason I'm pleased with my narrow 4/4 !

I always wonder why when I park miles away from anyone, I often come back to find someone else parked right next to me. Anyone got an answer?

Charlie I'm beginning to think you've sold it and are just stringing us along. Took mine to the factory his morning. Fog about 3c spray and a little bit of sunshine, good test for Nordkapp, and yes I was nice and warm.

That's easy WW : Morgan use a special type of magnetic aluminium (that's Aloominum Charlie laugh2). And it is very frustrating (even with a narrow 4/4) : parked deliberately in a quiet corner of a local horse-meat selling supermarket recently - 10 or 12 blank spaces closer to the entrance but no, some 4by4 twonk ** parked right next to me, 10 inch gap drivers door to drivers door. Don't know how he got out but he didn't actually clunk Henrietta, which was a surprise.

Cheers

Jeremy

** Not all 4by4 owners are twonks (lest I upset a few non-Twonk TMers rofl)
