a lot is going on in the "league" of the Porsche Cayman/Lotus Exige

- alfa 4C
- alpine berlinette
- caterham "berlinette"
- lotus exige V6& roadster
- jag F-type
- ...

so why isn't Morgan isn't Morgan isn't Morgan making a small "aero"
it could easily replace the top-end TRAD which is imho
too much power for the chassis

PLEAZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

"Minaero" for Italy? To be presented by a model wearing the minigonna.

Do a Google images search for "minigonna" if you are not sure what it is.

You know why! Because new models mean huge investment and MMC have never been in the position where they can throw money at development and 'hope' the project is a success.

It will be fascinating to see how the two platforms develop in years to come (Aero and Classic) but I would imagine it will be an evolution, rather than a revolution (based on the past 100 years grin2 )

As for the names, love them - especially Weero laugh2

Anyway, Mr.1560, do I not recall a conversation where you said to me, "WE NEED small engines! These large (V6!) are too expensive in Belgium!" Even if you got your wish, I wouldn't want to see a Flintstone powered MiniAero somestick tongue2

Morgan offer a range don't they? From 1600cc to over 4000cc.

Nobody is forced to buy a bigger engined car. Perhaps I've missed the point. It happens. smile

Personally speaking, I don't find the V6 3.7 overpowered, it's got plenty of 'woof' and suits 3rd gear driving with a good level of torque to play with. It's not an engine you have to wring every last ounce out of to get it hustling along.
