The wheel alignment could have moved due to potholes. Agreed, and reading the thread on wheel balancing it may also have thrown a balance weight...

Thanks for the input. Tyre pressures are ok and car steers straight ahead with hands off the wheel. It does pull a little to the right on breaking but wondered if this was just the brakes needing to bed in a little? Done 700miles btw. Nick

700 miles is more than enough to bed brakes in, and in my experience of car driving and maintaining, new brakes can lead to a slightly greater pedal movement and slightly less efficiency, but never pulling.
If your dealer does MOTs, suggest the car is put on the brake rollers as the result is plain and the process quick. As rule, any imbalance in braking effort will show up here, even to the extent that pulling that is not felt will be shown up.
I think Morgans don't do this, at least none of the ones I've driven did, but there is trait of some cars of camber following where it tries to go down hill. But even the worst here will stop straight if tested on the flat. However, those that do, can be said to pull left, ie down the camber in the UK. I'd argue a UK car pulling to the right is dangerous as hit the brakes and the car pulls towards the oncoming traffic.
Might be worrying about nothing, but best to get the car back to the dealer and get your concerns investigated.
