I haven't been around this community a terrible long time and having never owned a Morgan, I cant speak to any of those aspects, what I can say is this.
Use of another persons forum (which you are not paying for) is a privileged not a right. As far as Im concerned, Simon has every right to run it however he would like.
Honestly, I feel this is a wonderful community. Life is full of people we wont agree with. Lets all play nice in the sandbox.

Well said Krod. Simon and the mods deserve full praise for their free time and effort in keeping TM going.
The simple fact if you dont like TM, go and annoy someone else.
Secondly, if the vehicle you purchase is so bad that you dont like it, sell it and move on. Life is far too short, enjoy it while you are here.

I, for one, haven't faulted Simon for the decision he made. At least not his initial decision. I have mostly been concerned with Boshly's response in all this, and I have tried to explain to both Simon and Boshly, that he (Simon) may have been a tad sensitive from the get-go when he disparaged people for something that was clearly natural and that he allowed himself (that is, that people tried to get to the bottom of this and discussed among themselves in an open thread where the opening post had been deleted).
I have no ill-will against Simon, and I appreciate he had to make a difficult decision*, although I still think Boshly is a bit, let's say, OTT. But I reckon that he feels the same about me.
*Maybe that's why he reacted the way he did back on page one.

I think AQM, you don't know when to leave things as they are and accept the comments and decisions made.
Go and have a nice cool beer, settle down and let us all get back to enjoying TM.

Delighted to hear this AQM! If you still have issues with Boshers, please can I ask you both to have pistols at dawn or something similar, so the rest of us can go back to leading a placid life? Thanks a lot! For the rest of us, please please can we return to our normal Cheers Brian

Wow, even after explaining exactly what I did and why, you still think it was because I disagreed with Simon's decision. As a 3 wheeler owner with going for 7000 miles under my belt I don't believe the 3 wheeler is dangerous. Interesting maybe, but dangerous no. I've allowed my 18 year old to drive the car prior to passing his test at Leman's during LMC and I may have exceeded the speed limit by a reasonable amount a few times. I am not 100% sure but isn't your M3W one of the ealier ones Asbojohn, with the Suplex suspesion rather than the supect Spax system? I think I may also be quite happy with the ealier suspension set up. I had a drive of an early demo before placing my order and was impressed with the ride and handling, as many of the magazines reviews where at the time. All I ask for is a car that drives as well as the demo I tried 18 months ago. Most car companies improve the product over time (some let the customer do the development for them even....) but not Morgan it seems. I can assure you that the bump steer is not just an imagined problem and it is boardering on dangerous on the bumpy roads we have over much of the UK now, with my Spax suspension car at least. I would love a cure to make it drive as good as it looks, or even as well as the demo did. It would be good to have MMC acknowledge the problem and provide a solution. Hopefully this will not be as a "Handling Kit", for owners to purchase but I may even consider that rather than have more miles fighting the steering wheel. It's almost a great car.

I was also wondering if asbojohn's being a early car has the suplex shocks. Like planetnut I tried one of the early demos and didn't notice any bump steer . I've now done over 6000 miles and agree that on occasions it is 'bordering on dangerous' ,I certainly would be very wary of letting any inexperienced driver out in it . I really love the car and hope these modifications will be available soon, I think we 'test drivers' deserve a special deal on them !

As the 3 wheeler is supposed to be released in Australia very soon potential new owners here would love to know what they are going to get - what is being done as a fix - or if there is a third party solution. Putting aside all the handbag at dawn bit this thread has created.
Could it be possible for the technical information only to be re-posted ? Even just to show to existing and potential new owners that there is a fix coming for the bump steer.
