Hello there from an autumnal northeast - I fell in love with trad Morgans when I hired one from Beamish last winter - I thought if I loved it in the cold, then I'd adore it in the summer. It was a revelation of course - not as fast as my Mini, but loads more fun; proper driving! Warmest convertible I'd ever driven in winter Concluded I'd buy one when I could afford it and spent a happy few hours playing with the Morgan online configurator; little did I know that when I took the hire car back they had the car I wanted pretty much sitting there in the showroom... serendipity far too significant to ignore The kids christened the 2007 Connaught Green Plus 4 4 Seater Morgana. On great weeks I get to drive her across the A66 for work! So here I am 9 months and 4,000 miles later, learning about grease guns and tinkering around with minor improvements. Anyway, having lurked and learned from the hugely friendly and innovative community on here, I thought it was time to say 'hello'! Hello! Cheers Richard

Welcome Richard. Good to see a car with a proper feminine name. In our part of the world all cars and bikes are femine. Probably explains why we love them, with all their faults Oops! Did I really say that

Welcome Richard. Wasn't Morgana that rather sexy naughty woman from Arthurian legend?

Welcome Richard. Connaught green, stone (?) leather, alloy wheels...good choice Or am I biased?

Welcome Richard!
This is a great place inhabited by good, knowledgeable people who enjoy cars and driving, rather than being transported from place to place.
And yes, getting back to using a grease gun on a regular basis takes me back to the 1970s when I had a Ford Popular.....
