I suspect that Graham and I will be seeing a few tomorrow on our trip down south! Perhaps we should turn right when getting down to the M3 rather than left!

They parked all the Morgans together at the edge of the main car park. I was the first to arrive this morning so I had no idea why the marshal had directed me to park on my own. It was only when I returned that I saw the line of us!

Very few morgans, very few loti but heaps of jags and astons and old TRs. Went there today for the first time. Interesting place, big site but heaving with people and tbh a bit hard work. I'm glad I went but I dont think I will go back.

Food silly expensive so either work in london financial services or take a pic nic.

I'm just setting off for day two. Sadly it rained heavily overnight and reports are that the car parks are not in a good state this morning so I've decided to take the Rav4. I doubt there'll be a dedicated Toyota section.

Well I had a great time at Revival yesterday. First time I've been and it was brilliant. Staggered by the attention to detail. Met some lovely people and wish I could go back today but a family wedding beckons.. Took the Aeromax and ended up parked with a load of classics somewhere near the entrance. Getting out was ok but the overnight rain will make for a challenge especially Sunday if it keeps up.

The other hilight was the Canberra - really impressed by its flyby, I remember them flying over my house as a kid and I can't believe how excited I got to see it, and the noise!

Yes the attention to detail was very good, and the combination of bikes cars and plane has to be unique. The grandstands were surprisingly empty but the rest of the site was not. It was actually quite difficult/slow to move about because of the crush. No problem with the car parks except an hours queue getting in and the ground was still good when we left at 4:30

Maybe I've been spoiled by club racing at castle combe and shelsley but I prefer being able to move about a bit easier.

I too was surprised at the crowds, but I guess the wet weather had people following paths and moving from one place to another more as sitting on the grass was less inviting than it usually is at Goodwood...
