Interestingly the diff case on the 4/4/"Plus4" is ridged longitudinally on the underside whereas my Roadster has an unridged diff case.
So something has changed along the way.

Was that fitted or did you do it yourself?
Thanks, Nick 4.1 was factory fit option when car was built, I did mention the whine to service dept but it was not so bad that I couldn't live with it
