And that is taking care of things.... Mr Bumble is going to look the bee's knees ( I can't believe I just wrote that ) A question for you Dave: Do you think Neoprene sponge strip would replace the woven webbing strip between bulkhead and bonnet? The curve on both sides has flattened the webbing to about 1mm so requires replacement. It constantly squeaks/creaks and requires copious amounts of petroleum jelly every 100miles or so. I am intending to renew webbing and use antisqueak tape on the bonnet but wonder if there is any experience with a sponge replacement which might take up all the bonnet to body vibrations? All TMer ideas welcome, thanks in advance.

Self adhesive neoprene strips come in a variety of widths, so is possible, but I'm not sure how well it would last in that application. I use small pads at either end - bonnet corners, and they hold well enough. You would just have to try it out, but might stll have to lubricate the join.

I've just glued a strip of 4mm neoprene along the back edge of the hood, to seal the slight gap which is apparent towards the corners. Picture later. I've also started on the front mudflaps today but at present its a bit tedious!

Wonderfully explained/caught on camera as always Dave. You really have a skill at this wobbly rubber stuff. You really deserve a part time role at the factory developing mods with the team. I am referring to the Neoprene factory of course, and Morgan might be interested as well .
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

I'm just waiting for Dave to appear in a nicely cut neoprene jacket sporting a Morgan badge, obviously as it's water proof and keeps you warm.
