At our meet on Sunday, one of the members had just picked up an old Jowett Javelin that had been sitting in a paddock for five years. It was still in reasonable nick. He drove from Perth to Adelaide and back to pick it up.

YES...... it always astonishes me when I pass a house with a beautiful Boat stuck in the Garden, you just know it hasn't been any where for years and it ain't going anywhere for years.......and I am not even a Boat enthusiast.

My god...there's some historic cars in that lot! Quite tragic. Does anyone else recall the gaggle of Ford Cosworths found in one of the Scandinavian countries not so long ago? No one could track the owner and they were slowly rotting away in a forested area.
