You're not the first and you won't be the last. In my case I blew hot and cold about Morgans for years, and it was mainly the cost that put me off. But I had similar views about number plates and I was definately not doing badges..........

That looks very smart! I think these badges in time will prove a collector's item as they - like their host cars - are fewer in number than two-seaters. I am very pleased with mine, and good to see that Richard-Aus has one on the way, too. I see you have it centre-mounted. Will it remain in that position when you have more badges and they are mounted on a bar? Position (and implied hierarchy) is interesting. I have MSCC in the centre of the grille; Cranmog 40th birthday at inner stage right; 4-seater badge at inner stage left (car facing inwards, naturally), and outer stage right is the tall AA badge. I am now looking for an equally tall badge to sit at outer stage left and give the arrangement a final symmetry.
Is there any one particular episode that started your upward slide into enlightenment, or did you find it just life's upward spiral for the fortunate few?
