My Brooklands is green. I considered the polished alloy but ruled it out on maintenance grounds. And I'd get fed up with people asking if it is a chrome wrap.

UK = Helmet no, Seatbelt, yes. I've been told for the UK you can either wear a seatbelt and no helemet or a helmet and no seatbelt! Though why anyone wouldn't wear the seatbelt is beyond me.

I'd not trust that. Get stopped by the police and as a seat belt is fitted, you will be told to put it on. Daft not to wear it anyway.
