Suprised you have fall or autumn in SC - according to Wiki you have

Temperatures

South Carolina has a humid subtropical climate although high elevation areas in the "Upstate" area have less subtropical characteristics than areas on the Atlantic coastline. In the summer, South Carolina is hot and humid with temperatures during the day averaging near 90 °F (32 °C) across most of the state with overnight lows near 70 °F (21 °C). Winter temperatures are much less uniform. Coastal areas of the state have very mild winters with high temperatures averaging about 60 °F (16 °C) and overnight lows close to 38 °F (3 °C).

Sounds ideal mog weather (tornados and hurricanes notwithstanding)

Thanks for all the good comments--my wife wanted me to take some photos of our Japanese Red Maple tree, so of course I had to include the Morgan. To answer questions: I got the hood from Morgan Motors of New England--it comes with no holes punched for the fasteners, so it's fiddly to install, but seems to be good quality. This is the first time it's been up since last winter, so it was very tight and difficult to erect--I had to use the wife's hair dryer blower to warm it up. The side curtains came from my last visit to the factory in 1986 (they had been stored for 25 years in a box and were in perfect condition.)

Autumn is college football season in the South, and yes, the flag is from my alma mater, the University of Georgia. We should be playing in the Gator Bowl against Michigan.

Bigpoppapump, I'm in Murrells Inlet, less than two hours north of Seabrook Island along the coast on Highway 17--stop by if you get a chance--we'll share an adult beverage and talk Morgans.

I'm surprised that your car is a 4/4. I'm not sure that I've seen another 4/4 4-seater in America. It appears to have higher nose and bonnets like a Plus 4, and the headlights are close to the grill like a Plus 4. Very interesting car, as well as beautiful.

I thought that the 4/4 and Plus4 shared the same body in 1960? Lovely looking car and a great place to drive it!

4 seaters had the higher nose and bonnets...

I think the TR engine was taller, so requiring the extra height over the 4/4 in 2 seater guise. But I could be wrong (often am... grin2 ).
