My car went back to factory for new bevel box and compensator. I got a proposal for upgraded rear hub and oil tank and went for it even though rather pricey. Did anyone have these upgrades done on their car? Mine is a 2012 model.

I can understand why the stress and upset is rising for those who need these modifications.

I know in the past (and present for that matter) when it gets to this stage of the proceedings, the sure fire way to turn up the stress is when the dialogue is falling on the wrong ears or in some cases deaf ears.

I get the feeling in this case that customers are being heard by the right people and those people are working hard to resolve the issues as thouroughly and as quickly as possible.

Keep calm and keep talking. I feel sure that everything will work out ok over time.

Spring isn't here yet so there's still time for getting the car sorted.

All the best,
N-M

Thats a good thing though isn't it? The management team in the past possibly had the wishes to change things but didn't have the authority? As Directors they should be able to get their thoughts and wishes now in place. Hence what we are now seeing with the aftercare & faults being resovled.
