There is a lot of good information here and I'd like to copy the procedure and keep with my parts book.Is there a printer friendly way to copy a page on the forum? When I try to copy a 3rd of the page on the right gets cut off. Thanks again ferris.

Highlight the text, and paste into an empty Word (or similar) document.

That's the way I'd do it.

Just an update, my 5 speeder (2700 miles) suddenly stopped running yesterday. On turning the key on there was no fuel pump sound. checked fuses, inertia switch, opened fuel cap (In case of vapour lock), relays seemed to be clicking on key turn. Flat bedded to dealer...will update once it's checked over. Third flatbed trip since new (October 2013). It had been a beautiful day!

Interesting ... thinking

My fuel pump went out at 2800 miles, replaced under warranty. Between the tow home, trying some of the above 'fixes', tow to dealer, pump ordered, installed, fetch from dealer ... two weeks Mosquito-less.
Is this a trend ?

thumbs cheers

My pump died at about 7,800 miles last October. It was in heavy traffic coming into Phoenix from LA and I had to play "frogger" across 4 lanes of traffic, very scary!! I was down for about a week all together.

Call from dealer, next day he tried the M3W and it started right up. Could the fuel pump relay be the issue? I'm wondering if it had become heat sensitive and once cooled enough all was well? Intermittent faults are frustrating for sure! Maybe MMC has discovered a way to have our new 5 speeders fail as the 2 and 3 speeders ofttimes do. Only problem is that the older Morgans' problems are not so difficult to diagnose! Any thoughts from out there? Thanks...
