Not today but tuesday and thursday this week. As I changed a coolant hose and fluid last sunday I left the battery in the car. And as we have been blessed with the warmest winter ever in Norway, I used it for shopping groceries.
I may have looked like a fool smiling with bare teeth all the way:-)
Determined not to be denied a ride by the weather again. So despite heavy rain, it was up with the hood and off to our local tv chef's establishment for lunch. Matt Tebbutt did us proud again (not that he knew who he was feeding). When back in the garage it was side screens off and hood left on to give everything chance to dry off. Hope things clear up in time for our Wales tour in June!
A nice trip out yesterday to Buckfastleigh via Totnes and return through Dartington Hall grounds to catch the massed crocus outside the Hart Inn.
The canoeists were out like a rash with the Dart in spate at Salmon Leap for those that are familiar with the route.
2 x E types seen one V12 Primrose and a 3.8 topless BRG or thereabouts in colour, a Sunbeam Rapier (early) in White with Red Stripe. A big topless Cream Bentley exiting the Hall grounds also gave a friendly wave, I love seeing these expensive machines being used for what they were designed to do in all weathers.
Glad I went yesterday it's just tipped down today .

First day driving yesterday, trip to Kingsbridge to drop papers off for solicitor and haircut in Freelander . Then Holbeton , Mothercoombe, part of coastal path walk, Noss mayo then back in the mog ....wonderful, today yes not stopped.....
it's just tipped down today
