Well ... you didn't spot me Richard! Did much the same route later the same day - except missed out Dartington Hall. It was just great to get out in the sunshine and blow away some cobwebs. Can't believe you braved the Dartington Big Dipper. Those vicious speed humps would be the kiss of death to my Roadster. They did for 2 or 3 sets of suspension links on my old Volvo V70. My wife used to work for the Arts at DH Trust - but there was no way I could pick her up from work in the Morgan: I'd have to pick up 6 litres or so of engine oil off the tarmac whilst I was about it

Just back from a run to south Florida. 5 Morgans (from GatorMOG) convened in Wellington FL for a weekend on the east coast of Florida. We had some great drives down the coast line with the Atlantic on our left and the Florida inter-coastal waterway on our right. We were all over Palm Beach, Del Ray Beach, and Wellington FL (as well as Melbourne and Vero Beach on the way home.) We stopped (every few minutes it seemed) for local food and wine, and even took in an extremely exciting Polo Match, (crashing a standing Maserati party) with the Morgans parking right up front. We even had a local Morgan (now our 6th for the weekend) join us Sunday evening for dinner. All good stuff and the cars all behaved, the weather was glorious (80F) and we had great fun. Can't wait for the next GatorMOG outing!

We fancy doing that route one day, but it's going to have to be in a hire car.

Maybe we need to set up a Morgan swap service, where members of TM can use cars in other countries that are perhaps underused (cars not countries). I would be happy to let a visitor to Perth borrow my MOG during the week (I will promise to faithfully look after the right testical that would be required as deposit. It seems to work fine for houses, why not cars?

"Crashing a Maserati party" ... that's triple points I should think!
