Any thoughts of placement on car, bearing in mand that in NZ we are required to have a front number plate
The plaque on a two or three speeder is a dash plaque. There are arguments that a front numberplate is not needed in the UK but it's an argument I don't think one would win. Mine like the vast majority of two speeders has one.

I was thinking originally of having it rivited to the leather dash pannel on the passenger side. But someone brought up putting it on the air filter cover, which could be OK also.

Putting my extremely cynical head on for a moment, putting it onto the air cleaner cover would somehow seem odd I think.
Perhaps the diameter should be almost the height of the front number/registration backing plate? That way, the option to fit either centrally (on the plate if none used) or centrally above the plate. Further options would then be at either end of the plate.
I have a kind of rally plaque shape behind the number plate in my minds eye to fix it to.
Just a thought...not that it matters because MINE IS A MKII 2014 Model..when they get around to screwing it together...and you won't want to talk to me..
We will still talk to you... you can't really take the Talk out of Talk Morgan! You will have your upgraded, fully sorted 3 wheeler, and we will have our little badges.
This version has been corrected for production and I added some mock information in so you can see how it would look:

I am assuming most everyone with some sway at MMC is eyeball deep at Geneva. So, we wait for their possible input at this point as I do not want any copyright infringement issues. Then depending on the outcome of that (assuming this idea isn't killed off there) either MMC has them produced and sells them to us; or I can get some quotes, start presales and once everyone interested has paid, place the order. Wait a month, then distribute them.
