Nice beer from there. Did you do a tour? The beer is responsible for many foul feelings in my younger days - we had their bitter and Double Dragon on tap in the rugby club.  There's a good chipshop a few yards behind your car too. We had another brewery in the town a few years ago too - Buckleys. Was taken over and eventually closed down.

I was on a visit to see my father. For my 50th Birthday he managed to obtain a dragon from the brewery which now is situated on my shed.
I have got very drunck on DD before know especially in teh Colliers in Furnace

The Colliers was noted for errrr.... Late nights. I played rugby for Furnace. Stradey Arms was our clubhouse until new one built. Spectators went for a pint at half time to the "Ranch" aka Llanelli Cricket Club.

Nice Photo Jeremy, If you like a good Real Ale Brew then why not take a run out and try out a few of the 40 which will be on offer during the Easter Beer Festival at the lovely Little White Horse at Hedgerley, Bucks There are always half a dozen new ones on offer weekly.
