The cat pipe on my plus 4 has often leaked and now it had a hole developing I have decide to replace it. Sometime ago I bought a S/S sports cat on E bay from a company called RIP who have developed a number of Morgan systems. Looking at the new cat pipe today it has fittings for two Lamda sensors, one pre the cat one after the cat. My original pipe has a third fixing with diagostic connector. The question is; should I just fit the new pipe, but if I do what problems may lie ahead without the diagnostic connector? Or should I find a firm who can adapt the pipe to accept the diagnostic connector. Any suggestions?

Don't worry. It is unlikely to ever be required and if it is the second sonda lambda can be temporarily removed to fit the diagnostic probe.
