Sound is a very personal thing, as anyone who has gone stereo shopping with a friend will atest. It is very difficult to find two people who 'hear' a sound the same way.
With this in mind, a journalists idea of sound is of little value to me because I'll always make up my own mind on the matter. As I said, I'll try to get some good sound clips at the RR Day. Rich will be there with his S1 sport, Brian with his sidepipes on an S3, Andy with his S2 and Ian with his S3 with quad Librands (and I'm sure we'll have a few others).
