Strange to say we don't have any problem with the Plus 4 and the flat neoprene strip even in heavy rain. However if it come to replacing it I will fit the new system.

Update: 100% waterproof, even in heavy rain. Thanks for sharing all your research. I'll have to make s few modifications for a four-seater, but this will definitely be one of my winter projects.

Also jet washer proof! Small leak at the very top of the screen pilar, the hood rail doesn't touch the top of the pillars

Small ne****ne pad as advised by DaveW will fix that I've declared the Aldermog to be a "Ne****ne freezone...." So have to find another solution, something natural like this... Not Neoprene!

Small leak at the very top of the screen pilar, the hood rail doesn't touch the top of the pillars Peter, Even though I'm still insisting on getting the improved profiled rubber section [isn't my car new after all?], my car already came back from Malvern for leak issues and they actually added pieces of self-adhesive neoprene patches on the top of the pillars, so that the rail will sit on it. Cheers, Vladimir

Cheers, Vladimir Vladimir, the real problem is that the screen pillars are too short!! If MMC designed new pillars that were taller and with a more logical profile this problem would simply dissapear.
