Steve @ Vintage Sheet Metal pinged over a few pictures of the completed bonnets.. super shiny in the wonderful sun.
I've not counted the number of louvres yet but have a go at counting them if you want to!!

They looks great! I gave up counting the louvres but at least the top,ones are equal! You mean some cars have unequal upper bonnet louvres? I know mine are even but you have got me worried so now I need to measure them to make sure all are the same length!

There have been one or two examples of odd numbers between left and right - even an owner on here  Never seen so many - at least it should let some heat out! BTW, great visit the other week, all enjoyed the chat and having a look around your 'new' race car and they now know how to find the workshops
