Semantics really. I never throw anything away so always keep a selection of 'buffers' in stock.

It's not quite so good close up, due to the removal (scraping off) of several sessions of double sided tape over the years.........

It looks from the picture that the rally plaque is partially hiding the indicator.If that is the case then there is a safety issue.
