Norton has spent a lot longer developing the new Commando than Morgan has the M3W. So it should be right.

But then Morgan has shifted 1000+ M3Ws at an average of just under £30K. How many Commandos has Norton sold and at what average price?

No doubt the M£W would be better if Morgan had spent the time and trouble on the M3W that they did on the Aeros and used higher quality parts in key areas.

Oh well, hindsight is always perfect.

Had a quick look online the other day as the article regarding exports to the USA seem to contradict comments that the bike was still in development.

Following recent new investment (Wiki) production would increase from 500 to 1000 units pa.

Would I buy a Commando or a M3W?

I'll get roasted for this, but I'd buy a proper bike.

I ony gave up riding because of problems with my neck. If I could, I'd return to 2 wheels. Why? Ask a dog.

It seems that it hasn't all been plain sailing.

I think the business model is based around limited production runs of very high quality machines.

We are a dealer for them and they are truly outstanding in quality of components, finish and performance.
Pictures only tell part of the story, you have to get up close and personal to really appreciate the quality (just like Morgan).
We have sold a good few and every owner has suggested they would have paid more.....they are outstanding value, way too cheap in my opinion.
Treat yourselves to test ride.....you will be blown away!!

Regarding second hand values, we are achieving well over list for SEs (no longer made) and close to new retail for the others.
So, a great ride and terrific investment, what more could you wish for?

Well, there's an advert if I ever saw one! ooo

I have ridden one. Nice. . .yes, but "blown away". . .certainly not for me. Now an 1198R or a Panigale, they "blew me away"

Ooh yes please notworthy
Both are lovely, I especially love the shape of the cylinder heads on the Le Mans I.
I owned a V11 for a few years, great fun.
