It seems that it hasn't all been plain sailing.

...mmm...that doesn't sound too good. It reads like death by a thousand cuts.
They're not the first and they won't be the last company to be propped up by a wing and a prayer, fueled by dreams and aspirations.

I don't think I would buy shares in Norton just yet.

That Brough looks amazing - am sure you know how much they are fetching! grin2

Norton had a ton of early production issues - and v v prolonged delivery times as a result. gloomy

A pal of mine bought the Cafe Racer version - and had endless serious problems with the bike. frown2

Still a lucky man Mike, to have once owned something that most of us can only dream about. You've had some lovely bikes. Almost every bike I've sold was done reluctantly but I'm still grateful to have a nice Morgan plus my Thruxton, it's all relative as they say.

Silver and blue would be my choice but none about when I was looking and otherwise mine ticked all the other boxes , originality, history etc.

I was offered a silver blue one a few months ago, offered £19k but it wasn't enough to buy it. They do come up but getting harder to find.

Now that I can I'm still on the buying only stage .... but like all good things this must one day come to an end...and therefore the reason I must leave this post open the garage doors and make a choice ..... which of these beauty's shall I ride today. Cheers
