Must be Western Region - Lower Quadrant. No - they had the 7 foot.

Its also on the right side for WR.......... Not strictly true. Most semaphores (and colour light) signals are on the left side to be nearer the driver who is on the left side of the cab to allow him/her to get off more easily on the cess side. There are exceptions (of course!).
