As I drive through Aylesbury enroute to Winslow I will look out for the ducks.
But first hood up I think.
Glad I didn't wash the car yesterday.

Have a good day - I might venture back to H for H at Ugbrooke this afternoon for a bit more after visiting MIL.

Heather is slaving away in the Parish Hall kitchen today as it's our annual Hort & Sports day, the rain being mandatory....
I don't do Hort unless it's totally unavoidable - it's just like boats to me it stinks/works very very slowly and makes me sick....

Drove down to Seaton seafront 4 times yesterday to ferry the MR2 down to the show. Nice day in mainly sun, a few spots of rain at 4:00. NeilM and I got lots of questions about our Morgans and the MR2 race car, and we saw a few friends.

Today is miserable so resort to continue to dismantle the kitchen to keep swmbo happy, nearly all done, all wall cabinets off, last bit of work top has been sawn trough for last minute removal of sink and gas hob, the day before the builders turn up.

Looks like Suzuki to work for the rest of the week.

Pembrey circuit yesterday.
BARC track event with a few drift cars, couple of "exotics" -their description- Ferrari F40 and Merc AMG,some track prepped saloons.
Smallish classic show and junk jumble( like car boot!) Bought some nice Welshcakes though. Mmmmmmm.
Shame there were not more classics.
The drift demos were interesting!
The tyres they were shredding were in a terrible state at the end, we went to the mobile tyre fitter who seemed VERY busy most of the afternoon.
Mainly Skylines with a couple of others.
Strong smell of burning rubber and smoke screens.

Rain persistently coming down today so replaced brake pads and went out on short run to start bedding them in as rain eased a bit for a while.
Greased up whilst car was up on stands.
Trip to Barry part set up next weekend to see Red Arrows, it's the Barry at War" weekend or something like that, with restricted town access and park and ride etc..
Next week will repeat greasing ready for Windermere weekend, which will have a diversion via Chatsworth House/ Blue John Mine shop ( swmbo wants to buy jewellery and not interested in the mine itself spend)
Will try to see the 2 Lancasters over Windermere/ Morecombe whilst up there too as they are due to fly over.
