2013!?!...what are you calling 'ouvres' on the rear? ...The Chassis is 2014 refering
to the build images somewhere on this Forum!?!
Is there a possibility to find out if 2013 or 2014 by the build number? mine is 877

Don't panic Smaug. Some of the early build in 2014 did not have the rear louvres.

Some 2013 cars even had the earlier 2012 chassis. stock management is somewhat quirky at MMC

I'm afraid Atalante is right, it does look suspiciously like a 2013 model. The best way of telling quickly is to look at the chassis just behind the engine. 2012 and 2013 models had a bolt in bar to stiffen the chassis between the upper wishbone mountings, whilst the 2014 model has several triangulated tubes to reinforce the whole area, but no bolt in tube going across the car.
I think it would be worth going back to your dealer [I assume you bought it from a dealer?] and asking him a few searching questions.
Can you take a picture of the area behind the engine and post it up, we'll easily be able to tell you which chassis you have? It might be good to take a picture of the track rod ends too, so we can see if you have the so called 'comfort' kit fitted, or better still, the modified uprights.

No cooling fan and regulator/rectifier in old position , seems it's not a 2014 model .

You dont have confort kit, not fan,
Have à look under the engine if you have a hole on the compensator carter , if it is you have the first évolution with nipple. If not there is the first compensator or the centa if it is upgraded Only the salor can tell you what was done on your car or try to contact first owner. Good luck

This looks to me like a 12/13 car - the wishbones seem uprated - difficult to tell exactly from the pic. The Comfort Steering upgrade is not fitted - the biggest clue! Check the chassis number - and check with your dealer - the production run should be able to tell exactly when the car was produced.2014 should be 1000 + chassis number - or v v close to 1000. Hope this helps!!SORRY just seen the post - saying its a Sept 13
